Designed and implemented an annual diversity, equity, and inclusion conference.  In the post training survey, 100% of participants rated the overall content of the program as excellent

Led the design and implementation of the first Africa Caribbean Cultural Heritage Festival in partnership with the Delaware Art Museum.  Over 700 people attended the event, this was the largest event ever held at the Delaware Art Museum 

Founded Always Care Health Services. Developed a certified nursing assistant training program and graduated over 200 students in a four-year period. 90% of the certified nursing assistants who completed the program are now registered nurses
